What shipping methods do you use?
If the item is under 13 oz. we typically use USPS First class shipping. Which takes 3-5 business days to reach domestic customers. If the item is above 13 oz. we use USPS Priority shipping which will arrive in 2-4 days. It will take 5-10 days to arrive to our lovely international customers! If you would like a faster shipping method, please fill out the contact form on the store site or at www.1918vintage.com and we'll hook you up!
What is your RETURN POLICY?
At this time we only offer an exchange policy. If you are unhappy with the way the item fits or its general look, please email us at mail@1918vintage.com or fill out the form on the CONTACT page. State why you want to exchange your item and what the problem is. We'll then give you the address to send your item. Once we receive your returned items we will then send you a store credit for the amount of your purchase minus shipping and handling. The only time we give refunds is if we have misrepresented the item (i.e. unexplained flaws in garment, incorrect size measurements).
Please explain the measurements of each item
Each item is measured laying flat in inches only.
Do you only have ONE of each item?
For the most part, YES! We have a few necklaces that we carry in many quantities. Everything else including clothes, shoes, housewares, and accessories are ONE-OF-A-KIND!
Can I get a different size than you have listed?
No. Sorry! We only carry ONE of each item. Each item is UNIQUELY vintage!
I bought something, and it looks already worn! Why is this?
It’s VINTAGE! It’s definitely been worn before. That’s the glory of vintage ladies and gentlemen, it has a great natural wear!
How much of my purchase will be donated to GreenPeace?
1918 Vintage will donate 5% of each order to GreenPeace.

We can TRY! Just let us know via email what kind of piece you’re looking for and we will keep an eye out as we’re shopping through warehouses and estate sales.
